Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories or tags.
- Exclusions: Clearance items, personalized items, or certain hygiene-related products are not eligible for return.

- Authorization: Request a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your item.
- Shipping: Use UPS or FedEx to send the item back to the address provided during the return process. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection and Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
